Unfortunately the office of Dr Arthur Kravitz has closed.

While we go through this transitional period, please know that for your convenience and ease of use, the online patient portal is fully operational to all of our existing patients. Over the coming weeks, we are finalizing all patient information. If you see an incomplete patient profile for yourself or someone in your charge please know that we are actively working toward uploading all remaining files into the patient portal. 

This portal can be accessed directly through this website, or if you need any help with this process please reach out to our transitional staff so we may guide you through our system step by step.
